Belia is a recent grader of the California Bar Exam and a licensed attorney in California. She received her J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and served as a Moot Court Teaching Assistant. Belia earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of California where she tutored peers in academic courses, study and test-taking skills. During her "off-season," Belia teaches appellate advocacy and advanced legal writing to aspiring lawyers.
As an experienced private bar tutor, Belia has focused her efforts on assisting clients with issue spotting, knowledge of the substantive law and analytical writing. Prior to becoming a full-time tutor, Belia practiced in the areas of employment counseling and litigation and insurance defense. She also externed for Presiding Justice J. Anthony Kline of the California Courts of Appeal, First District.
